Dimension Data Unveils Sustainable Solutions Suite

Dimension Data (News - Alert), the $4.7 billion global ICT services and solutions provider, today announced the availability of Sustainable Solutions (News - Alert), a suite of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions and services that help organizations to accelerate their sustainability strategy and manage their greenhouse gas emissions. The company, which ranked among the frontrunners in the 2010 Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index for the third consecutive year, launched the suite to focus exclusively on the reduction of enterprise travel, energy and waste.

While the ICT industry is a significant contributor to the world's CO2 emissions, research by The Climate Group found that by transforming the way people and businesses use technology, this sector could reduce annual, man-made global emissions by 15 percent by 2020.
