SAUDI ARABIA,UNITED STATES : Interactive Intelligence, Malaz Technology ink reseller agreement [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A reseller agreement has been signed by Interactive Intelligence a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, and Malaz Technology, a provider of converged information and communications technology solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under the terms of the agreement, Malaz Technology will provide customers in the Kingdom the Interactive Intelligence solutions for contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony, and business process automation. Consulting, implementation, support, and custom development will be provided by Malaz Technology for the Interactive Intelligence solutions.
