The mobile operator will be using both real-time enforcement and intelligence center hardware and software platforms to deliver satellite connectivity to account for coverage gaps in a national broadband network, the company said. According to the company, the PacketLogic family of intelligent policy enforcement solutions offers network operators the true real-time visibility needed to actively monitor their network 24x7. With a combined hardware and software solution that scales under real network conditions and avoids the congestion points experienced by competing solutions, Procera has provided this customer with a rule sets to handle service plans for both their ISP's and end customers.
