Renaissance Physical Therapy Arts + Wellness Offers Free Injury Prevention Screening for Young Athletes and Dancers

For the month of September, Montclair's Renaissance Physical Therapy Arts + Wellness is offering a free injury prevention screening for young athletes and dancers. Each session will identify deficits in range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, power and endurance.

The screenings are offered by Renaissance PT Arts + Wellness, located in Downtown Montclair.

"Too often, young athletes sustain injuries that could have been verted," explains Caryn Bregman, the owner of Renaissance. "A thorough assessment in September can improve your chances of staying healthy all season long."

Each screening will last 30 minutes and will include recommendations on proper warm up and cool down. Caryn Bregman, MSPT, will conduct each screening personally.

"I've spent a lot of time with Broadway performers, professional dancers and athletes," explains Bregman. "I'm delighted to offer young New Jersey athletes an opportunity to use the techniques these pros rely on."
