Jabil Circuit to acquire Telmar Network TechnologyAug 26, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Jabil Circuit, Inc., an electronic product solutions company, has entered into an agreement to acquire Telmar Network Technology, Inc. Both the companies are based in the US. Telmar Network is a provider of complex reverse logistics, repair services, technical support, and spare parts management solutions for communication network service providers, enterprise and original equipment manufacturers. Following the transaction, Telmar business will be incorporated within Jabil's Diversified Manufacturing Services segment. Telmar Network has reported net revenue of approximately $145 million in 2010. Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is acting as legal advisor to Telmar Network. The transaction is expected to complete in November 2011.
