IntegrationEngen allows for the exchange of data between TransEngen's Revenue Maximizer and a healthcare provider's practice management system and was designed to work with a variety of integration partners.

IntegrationEngen provides a front end interface for the receipt of patient demographic data, and a back end interface for delivery of an electronic payment posting file. Working together with TransEngen, Mednet has developed an ePost module that deepens the level of integration, enabling the exchange of patient payment transaction data between TransEngen's Revenue Maximizer and the payment tables of a healthcare provider's practice management system to support posting and reconciliation between the two systems.

The Revenue Maximizer is a comprehensive patient payment management system that accepts and records payments by credit card, debit, check, ACH or cash. The e-posting file becomes available a day after transactions occur within Revenue Maximizer. Using the ePost Engine, the payment transaction results are then automatically posted and reconciled against approved authorizations and patient accounts.
