AmBev announces introduction of Budweiser in Brazil


Aug 23, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- AmBev has announced that it is introducing Budweiser in Brazil, making the premium portfolio of the company. Budweiser has presented its new visual identity in the country.

The has said that the lager beer with an alcohol content of 5% will be produced at the plant Jacarei (SP). His distinctive production process, which uses chips Beechwood (wood special) in the fermentation tanks. The net result is a unique flavor and perfect balance, marked the beginning and end smoothly.

According to the company, the process of producing Budweiser is considered one of the most expensive in the world. In Brazil, Budweiser will be offered in cans, long neck bottle of aluminum and glass 600 ml.
