Computer giants keep Tabs on courtAug 02, 2011 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Apple has sought a Federal Court order to stop Samsung selling Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computers in Australia. A court injunction was not issued, but Samsung agreed to not sell that model, which Apple claims breaches the patents of its iPad. Samsung claims it never intended to sell the Tab 10.1 variant in any event and will press ahead with its plans to launch other Galaxy Tab models in Australia.
