Badged the X-EC, the model also has Bluetooth connectivity, a USB Port, alloy wheels unique to the car, powered folding door mirrors with built-in turn indicators, rear privacy glass and special upholstery. It is based on the popular SZ4 version of the distinctive five-door hatchback and costs Pounds 13,430 with the deal further including metallic paint and the choice of three colours: Galactic Grey, Cosmic Black Pearl and Cool White Pearl. Under its bonnet sits a 120PS 1.6-litre petrol engine that features variable valve timing with variable intake system for enhanced flexibility. It powers the SX4 2WD with manual transmission from rest to 62 mph in 10.7 seconds. Furthermore, in combined cycle driving, the 2WD manual model returns 45.6mpg with emissions of 141g/km. The SX4 is a little car that offers a fresh twist on compact transport as it blends the characteristics of sporty compact hatchback, exemplified by the Suzuki Swift, with those of lightweight SUVs such as the firm''s Grand Vitara.
