Anthelio Appoints Seasoned Hospital Executive David White to Board of Directors

Anthelio, the leading independent provider of comprehensive healthcare information technology (IT) services and business process solutions for hospitals and other healthcare providers, today announced that David White, a seasoned hospital executive and entrepreneur, has joined the company as an independent director.

Mr. White recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IASIS Healthcare, after launching the company in 2000 with a $300 million investment from JLL. He still serves as Chairman of the Board.

Under his leadership, IASIS Healthcare has grown annual revenues from $815 million to more than $2.6 billion and has made significant advances in healthcare information technology, spending more than $100 million in support of these efforts. IASIS Healthcare was one of the first hospital companies in the U.S. with a common IT platform, and today owns and leases 17 hospitals with a total of 3,570 licensed beds.

A seasoned health care general manager, Mr. White has extensive experience in hospital operations spanning three decades throughout much of the United States. He has been involved with the industry at all levels and has a proven track record helping hospitals achieve operational excellence. Throughout his career he has worked for some of the most aggressive and fastest growing hospital companies, including Hospital Affiliates, Republic, Communiy Health and Columbia/HCA, and quickly developed a reputation as a turnaround executive.

Mr. White serves on the Board of the Nashville Technology Council, as well as on the Board of an emerging medical device company developing a robotic heart catheterization. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN in 1970, and an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX in 1973.

Mr. White lives outside of Nashville, Tennessee with his family.
