Job Experts Gather to Discuss Leveraging Federal Funding for Workforce Development in L.A. County

Leaders from local and federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and education will meet to discuss opportunities and policy implications to develop the health care workforce, expand youth job opportunities, and to examine the policy implications for workforce development for prisoners re-entering society. The day will include four panels on different workforce issues and two speakers who will provide state and federal perspectives on workforce development.
