[July 19, 2011] 13-Year-Old Electrocuted Tweet Jul 19, 2011 (Nairobi Star/All Africa Global Media via COMTEX) -- A 13-year-old girl was at the weekend electrocuted as she jumped over a barbed wire fence at Riosiri shopping centre in Gucha South. The class six pupil at Kodero Bara Primary School in Rongo district was going to a nearby shop when the incident occurred. The girl was identified as Emily Anyango Juma. She was with her sister who was, however, not affected. The owner of the compound was rescued by the police as angry villagers wanted to attack him.
