The announcement came just hours after police arrested Brooks -- who resigned on July 15 as head of News International, Murdoch's British newspaper arm -- on suspicion of phone-hacking and bribing police. Meanwhile, shares of News Corporation have dropped almost 6 percent to a two-year low. News Corporation is the parent company of News International, which runs "The Sun," the now closed "News Of The World," "The Times," and "The Sunday Times." compiled from agency reports Copyright (c) 2011.
