[July 14, 2011] Seznam.cz to acquire remaining 50% stake in Global Inspiration Tweet Jul 14, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Seznam.cz, a.s., an operator of Internet portal offering internet search solutions, has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Global Inspiration s.r.o., an owner and operator of video sharing site and online broadcasting television. Both the companies are based in Czech Republic. Upon completion of the transaction, Seznam, which already holds 50% of the shares of Global Inspiration, will become the sole owner of Seznam.
