[July 14, 2011] BRIEF: Severe thunderstorm warning extended for southeastern Weld Tweet Jul 13, 2011 (Greeley Tribune - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for southeastern Weld County until 11 p.m. Areas included in the warning include but are not limited to Roggen and Keenesburg. During a severe thunderstorm watch or warning, the National Weather Service recommends that people go indoors early and stay indoors. Lightning can strike even when the storm is as far as 10 miles away.
