Carolyn Nolan, Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Volt Consulting Group, was selected as a member of the Human Capital Executive Research Board. The Research Board advises the editorial leadership of Talent Management and Diversity Executive magazines regarding emerging strategies and best practices in the field of human capital management.

As a board member, Ms. Nolan will be asked by the Human Capial Media Advisory Group - the research division of the publishing group - to share insights on key talent issues through short surveys, focus groups and interviews.
