BRIEF: Azerbaijani computer producer ready for Eurovision-2012

Jul 06, 2011 (Trend News Agency - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The Azerbaijani KUR computer equipment producer is ready to create the necessary infrastructure to ensure universal access to the Internet during Eurovision-2012.

According to the information, the matter rests in expanding the network of Internet kiosks in Baku. It will allow tourists to have ubiquitous access to the Internet for free.

"Tourists, who will stay in Baku this period, will want to share experience with their loved ones, and thus the availability of these devices may become relevant," KUR said.

The stand-alone device, connected to the high-speed Internet lines, will provide all interested persons with fast connection. KUR plans to install these devices in public areas of the capital.

Internet kiosks are used by public and private enterprises.
