US stock futures mixed ahead of factory ordersNEW YORK (AP) _ Stock futures are mixed ahead of several major economic reports this week. The government is expected to report on Tuesday that factory orders rose in May. That's a sign that supply disruptions stemming from the March 11 earthquake in Japan are fading.

Energy Transfer in new $5.1B Southern Union dealDALLAS (AP) _ Energy Transfer Equity LP has agreed to pay a revised $5.1 billion for pipeline company Southern Union Co., increasing its offer in an effort to trump rival bidder Williams Cos. Inc. The boards of Energy Transfer and Southern Union have approved the revised deal which was announced Tuesday.

TPG Capital buying Immucor for $1.97B in cashNEW YORK (AP) _ Blood-testing equipment maker Immucor Inc. said Tuesday it agreed to be acquired by TPG Capital in a deal worth $1.97 billion, or $27 per share in cash. Immucor said its board unanimously approved the deal, and the Norcross, Ga., company expects the sale to close in the second half of 2011.

Western Union to buy Travelex unit for nearly $1BNEW YORK (AP) _ The Western Union Co. said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Travelex Global Business Payments for about $973.8 million in cash, in a deal that will allow it to expand rapidly in the business of international payment processing. The Travelex division provides international payments services to business clients, mostly small and medium-sized companies and distribution partners.

China's Baidu, Microsoft to cooperate in searchBEIJING (AP) _ Chinese search giant Baidu Inc. will use Microsoft's Bing for some English-language results as the software giant tries to expand its small share of China's search market. China has the world's biggest population of Internet users, with more than 450 million people online. Global e-commerce, search and other Internet brands have struggled to gain a foothold against aggressive local competitors in a heavily regulated market.

Oil up past $96 on higher price forecastOil prices bounced back above $95 a barrel Tuesday on the back of forecasts for more expensive crude in 2012, though gains were limited by the dollar's rise and doubts about global demand. By early afternoon in Europe, benchmark oil for August delivery was up 51 cents to $95.45 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Crude last settled down 48 cents at $94.94 on Friday. Financial markets in the U.S. were closed Monday for the Independence Day holiday.
