[July 04, 2011] BRIEF: Hampton man charged with using camera to peek under women's skirts Tweet NEWPORT NEWS, May 31, 2011 (Daily Press - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A Hampton man was charged with using a video camera to look under women's skirts at City Center, according to police. During an outdoor concert Friday at 9 p.m. a man told police he saw 26-year-old Brian Curtis using a video camera positioned inside a bag to tape the women, according to Harold Eley, a spokesman for Newport News police. The man grabbed Curtis until police could arrest him. Curtis was charged with three counts of nonconsent film, videotape of undressed person. One of the victims was a minor, according to police.
