BRIEF: FBI: Robber holds up TD Bank on SundayJun 27, 2011 (The Miami Herald - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The FBI is investigating a Sunday bank robbery in Miami where an armed robber forced employees and a customer on the ground, the Federal Bureau of Investigations said. No shots were fired and no one was hurt at the TD Bank at 720 NW 57th Ave. The robbery happened about 11:18 a.m. as pictures from a surveillance video released by the FBI show the robber entering the bank, which is open on Sunday. The robber is cloaked in a green, hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses and thick gloves. The orange bill of a baseball hat protruded from the green hood, and the robber donned a black backpack, turned backward so the bag rested against the stomach. The robber flashed a gun and demanded money from a teller, telling the customer to get down, the FBI said. The video show the robber stuffing cash into the backpack. The robber fled in what the FBI described as a newer model, light gold SUV with dark tinted windows and a Florida license plate. The FBI did not say how much money was taken.
