Deutsche Telekom is offering M2M Toolkit to developers(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 01 July 2011 Release date- 30062011 - Deutsche Telekom is providing the M2M (Machine to Machine) Toolkit to developers and application solution providers to simplify and accelerate their M2M application development. The kit includes product-ready devices and a complete suite of developer tools. For developers, it will be easier to build M2M applications in a wide range of products, ranging from an intelligent blood meter to a complete smart home solution. Therefore it facilitates the process to offer value added services by leveraging the data gathered from machines. Deutsche Telekom AG and Intel have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on M2M technologies, tool kits and development of standards that will enable developers to more easily design wireless M2M solutions on 3G, WiFi, or Zigbee with a 'Smart Service Developer Kit' based on the Intel Atom processor and Deutsche Telekom's network and connectivity service.
