According to a release, by embracing a platform with a business management system, mobile and social commerce capabilities, and intelligent merchandizing tools, Igloo Products leveraged NetSuite to build a new Ecommerce solution that has significantly boosted traffic and sales. Igloo Products now relies on NetSuite for social media integration, content management, product database and catalog functions, product recommendations, dealer referrals, and direct marketing. Igloo Products - based in Katy, Texas - is a provider in the cooler category. With a business model heavily weighted toward wholesale distribution to retail partners, the company wanted a Web presence, without adding an internal IT staff. Frequent changes to the product line meant that static catalog pages quickly fell out-of-date, a challenge to the company's accurate online presence. With senior management calling for stronger brand identity across all channels, Igloo set out to revamp the consumer online experience with Igloo.
