[June 13, 2011] Equity Residential announces common and preferred stock dividends Tweet Jun 13, 2011 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Apartment properties company Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) announced on Friday a dividend of USD0.3375 per common share for the second quarter. This dividend will be paid on 8 July 2011, to shareholders of record on 20 June 2011. The company also declared a regular quarterly dividend of USD1.03625 per share on its Series K preferred/depositary shares and USD0.405 per share on the Series N preferred/depositary shares. The K series dividend will be paid on 30 June 2011 to shareholders of record on 20 June 2011, while the N series dividend will be paid on 15 July 2011, also to shareholders of record on 20 June 2011.
