[June 10, 2011] BRIEF: Dothan man charged in restaurant theft Tweet Jun 10, 2011 (Dothan Eagle - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A Dothan man has been charged with stealing money from the safe at a local fast food restaurant. Timothy Ivory Smith, 23, of Lake Street , is charged with third degree burglary in connection with a theft on May 8 at the Taco Bell located at 1087 Ross Clark Circle. Dothan police say video surveillance shows a man enter the business and then take money from the safe. Police say Smith is the man in the video.
