Donna F. Zarcone Elected to CDW Board of Directors

CDW (News - Alert) LLC, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare, announced that Donna F. Zarcone has been elected to the company's Board of Directors.

Zarcone is president and chief executive officer of D.F. Zarcone & Associates LLC, which provides strategic consulting at the executive and board level in the areas of growth strategies and organizational development. She also currently serves on the boards of directors of Cigna Corporation, The Jones Group Inc., The Duchossois Group, and Wrightwood Capital.

Zarcone previously served as president and chief operating officer for Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. (HDFS), the finance subsidiary of Harley-Davidson, Inc. She joined HDFS in 1994 as vice president and chief financial officer. From 2002 to 2005, she also served as leader of Harley-Davidson Enthusiast Services, which provides expanded service offerings to Harley riders. Prior to her time at HDFS, Zarcone served a executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Chrysler Systems Leasing, Inc., which specialized in leasing and services related to technology assets. Prior to that, Zarcone worked as a public accountant at KPMG.

Zarcone holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor of science degree in accounting with high honors from Illinois State University. She is active in the Chicago community, serving on a number of civic boards, including the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Hyde Park Angels.
