This formal relationship was established to extend NetBoss Technologies' position as a leader in providing innovative software tools that improve the efficiency of network operation centers used by service providers.

The partnership establishes the first seamlessly integrated end-to-end fault, trouble and change management solution that utilizes industry standards. Service providers can now lower operational costs and reduce repair times by automating business processes between departments. This also provides reliable metrics to verify Quality of Service (QoS) indicators and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The currently fielded solution fully leverages information sources and bi-directional workflows across service assurance systems.
