3net Debuts In The Qube


Apr 27, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- 3net, a joint venture 24/7 3D network from Sony, Discovery and IMax, announced the debut of In The Qube, an entertainment news program dedicated entirely to the world of 3D.

The Company said the one-hour monthly series is hosted by television personality Nicole Dabeau, whose credits include host and Senior Editor of Entertainment Tonight online and correspondent for E! News. In The Qube is produced by the networks division of Sony Pictures Television in association with Chomp Productions and Jump! Creative.

According to a release, the first episode of In The Qube on 3net goes behind-the-scenes of this summer's hottest 3D blockbusters, with celebrity interviews and exclusive 3D feature trailers; talk to music sensation Avril Lavigne about her latest hit album; explore the latest in 3D Blu-ray players, still cameras and televisions; test out the latest in 3D game titles; feature Red Bull extreme skiing; and take an exclusive look at the making of the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Calendar.

The Company noted that future episodes will feature a topical look at the very latest on what's new and newsworthy in 3D from movie and television entertainment to gaming, the newest in technological innovations and more.
