(UISOL), a US-based developer of DRBizNet(TM) demand response management software platform. Pursuant to the transaction, UISOL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alstom Grid and maintain its consulting and systems integration business lines. UISOL has 44 employees and generated sales of over $11 million in 2010.
