'Bulgaria to fine M-tel, Globul, Vivacom'(DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Bulgaria's telecom regulator CRC will fine mobile operators Mobiltel (M-Tel), Globul and Vivacom a total of BGN 1.5 million for failing to comply with number portability rules, local publication Dnevnik writes citing a declaration given by CRC chairperson Veselin Bozhkov to Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) on 7 March. The fine was triggered by a number complaints sent by customers in the past two weeks. The mobile operators confirmed they will most probably appeal against the penalties in the Supreme Administrative Court.
