LogNet Systems chosen by Voizplus in Thailand for customer management and billing solutionMar 08, 2011 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- LogNet Systems, a provider of customer management and billing solutions, said yesterday that it has won a contract from V.R.M. Voizplus Limited in Thailand for a multiple play customer management and billing solution. The new system, based on the MaxBill product suite, will unify Voizplus' customer management and billing activities by providing an integrated framework for the company to manage its multiple service operation and ensure that all customer care, order management, service provisioning, product management, billing and invoicing workflows and functionality are synchronised. Financial terms of the contract were not revealed. Voizplus is a provider of voice and data services over IP networks for carriers and resellers and it has plans to become a fully licensed IPTV provider.
