Avtex Interaction Portal® for Contact Centers
Available today, Avtex announced a new software application for the contact center, Interaction Portal® which is a single interface solution that simplifies agent access to critical enterprise data, people and documents. Interaction portal is the latest addition to the existing collection of Contact Center optimization tools and applications developed by Avtex that include Heartbeat, RoboReports, Clone and QuickStats all developed leveraging the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) platform from Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert).
