[February 23, 2011] Virtuoso Sourcing Group opts for hosted debt collection solution from Latitude Tweet (Telecomworldwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq:ININ) said on Tuesday that a hosted debt collection solution from Latitude Software, an Interactive Intelligence company, has been deployed by Virtuoso Sourcing Group. Virtuoso, a provider of outsourced accounts receivable management solutions, has deployed Latitude Software's Latitude Center, its core application for managing pre- and post-charge-off accounts and the entire collection workflow process. It also includes functionality for tracking goals and performance, designed to help improve agent productivity. As part of the implementation Virtuoso is also using Latitude add-on applications for web portal access, data mapping, the creation of visual flowcharts and the automation of file delivery and e-mail notifications.
