Kabel Deutschland acquires 100% stake in BMH Berlin MediahausFeb 15, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, a cable network operator offering digital television (TV), internet, and telephone services, has acquired the entire share capital of BMH Berlin Mediahaus GmbH, a cable network operator, from GSW Immobilien AG. All the three companies are based in Germany. BMH serves approximately 60,000 homes in Berlin.
