The InQuira Platform is comprised of contact centre knowledge, integrated social forums and web self-service software. According to InQuira it is complementary to SAP software offerings, developed in accordance with SAP development guidelines and provides additional choices and flexibility for businesses running SAP applications. As part of the agreement between the two companies they will share technology and product roadmaps.
