[December 21, 2010] InfoSpace appoints new chairman of the board Tweet Dec 21, 2010 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- InfoSpace Inc (NASDAQ:INSP), a developer of metasearch products, yesterday announced that John E. Cunningham, IV, has been appointed as chairman of its board of directors. Cunningham has served as a director of InfoSpace since July 1998 and as lead independent director since February 2010. The appointment, which is effective from 1 January 2011, follows the company's announcement in September that it would fill the role of chairman with an independent director. As well as serving on the InfoSpace board Cunningham also serves as a board member of Audience Science Inc and as an advisor to Petra Growth Funds and Qliance Inc.
