Hubspan's Coburn and Dawson to Speak at Cloud Computing ExpoOct 29, 2010 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Hubspan, a provider of cloud-based business integration solutions, announced that the company's chief architect, Max Coburn, and vice president of product development, Margaret Dawson, will present at the Seventh Annual Cloud Computing Expo on Nov. 1, in Santa Clara, Calif. According to a release, additionally, Hubspan's VP of engineering, Ian Huynh, will speak on a panel at the Cloud Security Alliance Congress 2010 on Nov. 17, in Orlando. In addition, Hubspan is hosting a webinar titled: Get off the VAN and into Cloud EDI Integration on Nov. 10 at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT. The webcast will share knowledge on how to transform legacy EDI into cloud-based business integration. At Cloud Computing Expo, Coburn and Dawson will provide definitions of the cloud and as-a-Service platforms, discussing how companies can get started in the cloud, what to look for in an aaS vendor, and how to determine the build versus buy decision process for a company. The session is a vendor agnostic view on identifying the right cloud business model for any organization by providing real world examples of each consumption model. Coburn and Dawson will present Which aaS is Right for You? Monday, Nov. 1 from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. PT. At the Cloud Security Alliance Congress, Huynh, vice president of engineering at Hubspan, will partake in a panel discussion on 25 Cloud Management and Security Challenges. Huynh also present at the 25 Cloud Management and Security Challenges panel Wednesday, Nov. 17 from 1:45 - 2:45 p.m. ET.
