Michael Bigda joins Delphi Technology, Inc. as Vice President of Professional Services

Delphi Technology, Inc., an established provider of technology solutions to the professional liability insurance market, announced today that Mike Bigda has joined the company as Vice President of Professional Services, reporting directly to Bill Moss, Delphi Technology's President of US Operations and COO. Mike will have overall responsibility for all Professional Services, including new client implementations, production client enhancements, upgrade projects, conversions, other data services and maintenance and support.

Mike has more than 30 years of related experience, most recently with Travelers Insurance, where he served as Managing Director of Business Technology Operations and Director of Design and Process Improvement. In the past h held positions of increasing responsibility at AMS Services, including: at their Management Systems Division ? Manager of Installation Management, Vice President of Micro Operations, and Senior Vice President of Customer Support; and at their Rating Services Division ? Senior Vice President of Operations. Early in Mike's career he designed, developed and implemented manufacturing systems at Texas Instruments and managed divisional and international financial systems. He holds BSBA and MBA degrees from Bryant University.
