Alchemy Solutions Appoints Don McCormick as Vice President of Sales

Alchemy Solutions, a leading provider of legacy migration and modernization solutions, today announced the appointment of Don McCormick as vice president of sales and global alliances.

Alchemy Solutions software preserves and extends customer investments in legacy mainframe systems by using innovative techniques during the migration process to prepare the applications to take full advantage of the .NET (News - Alert) environment. In this sales leadership role, McCormick will manage both partner and direct sales globally.

McCormick is a recognized expert in the area of legacy migration and modernization, with more than 24 years of sales and business development experience in the technology sector.

McCormick most recently was vice president of business development at Ateras, an active member of the Alchemy Solutions channel partner program. Prior to joining Ateras, McCormick was regional director of sales at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates). He also served as a regional director of sales for American Express' (News - Alert) worldwide payment network.
