The Company reported that Hill brings over 25 years of operations and leadership experience with a focus on implementing business-driven strategic IT plans. Previously she was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and was responsible for leading both their Global Wealth and Institutional Technology Services organizations. The Company noted that her global team at Morgan Stanley consisted of more than 1300 staffers in 30 countries. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was a Director of IT at Merrill Lynch where she supported the capital markets business.
