MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

Coupons.com Incorporated, the recognized leader in digital coupons, including online printable, save to loyalty card and mobile promotions, today announced that Bruce Sattley has joined the company as vice president of product management. Reporting to CEO Steven Boal, he will oversee Coupons.com's product management functions, including product strategy, product research and definition, user experience testing and launch planning. Mr. Sattley brings 20 years of experience in product management, engineering and marketing and has held a range of positions at leading technology and marketing companies, including Yahoo! Inc., infoUSA (News - Alert) Inc. and Lotus Development Corp.

Mr. Sattley spent six years at Yahoo!, where he most recently was vice president of product management. In this role, Mr. Sattley managed multiple groups to drive development for analytics, business intelligence and data warehousing products for the Strategic Data Solutions and Advertising Products teams. His tenure resulted in the development and release of dozens of impactful, unique and market-leading products.

Mr. Sattley left Yahoo! in 2009 to join Healthiest You, where he was vice president of product management and on the founding team for this provider of unique, brain-based online programs. As the first employee at this start-up, he was instrumental in defining the company and its products to drive long-term success of the business.

"Bruce has a long and proven history designing and bringing to market truly innovative products," said Steven Boal, CEO of Coupons.com Incorporated. "His expertise will serve us well, as we continue to deliver best-in-class products and services and drive innovation with digital coupons for consumers and brad marketers alike."

Before joining Yahoo!, Mr. Sattley was vice president of marketing at infoUSA, a leading online direct marketing company, where he was responsible for advertising, lead generation, collateral development, product marketing and product management. Before that, he was at Post Communications, a pioneer in customized email marketing services, which was purchased by Netcentives, Inc., a developer of e-marketing infrastructure software and services. Netcentives was subsequently purchased by YesMail, an email marketing solutions provider, which was bought by infoUSA.

"Coupons.com has already changed an industry by leading the charge in ushering coupons into the digital world," said Sattley. "With the company's influence, digital coupons have made their way to the Web, mobile devices, store loyalty cards, in-store kiosks-even built into printers. I'm extremely excited about the opportunity to help define the next wave of innovation; to help brand marketers connect with shoppers at every possible point along their path to purchase; and to give consumers great products that enhance their shopping experience and save time and money, wherever they are."

Mr. Sattley began his career in a range of product marketing and engineering positions at Lotus Development Corp., Ernst & Young LLP, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS (News - Alert)).

He holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.
