Announcement (August 9, 2010): A consortium of investors has signed a definitive agreement to sell its stake in Arbor Networks to Tektronix Communications. The consortium includes Thomas Weisel Venture Partners, Battery Ventures, Comcast Interactive Capital, SAIC Venture Capital Corporation, Ironside Ventures, LLC and EDF Ventures.
