MDLsolutions Develops Windows Based Call Center Solution


Aug 23, 2010 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- MDLsolutions, a provider of custom telecommunication software, announced that it has partnered with 3CX to launch its Call Center Software Solutions on the Microsoft Windows based platform.

According to MDLsolutions, features of the Call Center solution include: -answering and fax machine detection -multi list management -multi call queue support -direct call list import -call list result export -customizable call options -detailed reports -soft phone -complete PBX functionality -call recording -agent interface -open SQL backend database MDLsolutions also provides free remote setup and configuration support for customers. Minimum Hardware requirements include two Windows PC's, one running Windows XP OS and a Windows PC for each agent running on a network supported by a switch, with Internet connectivity for a VoIP connection to the VoIP provider.
