FLIR Systems (FLIR) Acquires ICx Technologies (ICXT)(Benzinga Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLIR) has planned to acquire ICx Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICXT) for $7.55/share. Shares of ICXT closed at $6.75 on Friday, giving the deal a premium of 12%. ICx develops advanced sensor applications for homeland security and other protection software. ICXT expects the transaction to be completed during Q4 this year. Stone Key Partners LLC has acted as ICx's exclusive financial advisor in finalizing this deal. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP acted as ICx’s legal advisors.
