Cbeyond to offer Clearwire 3G servicesAug 05, 2010 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Cbeyond (NASDAQ: CBEY), a provider of voice, broadband, mobile and IT applications, has signed an wholesale agreement with Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ: CLWR), a provider of 4G wireless broadband services, to offer bundled 4G mobile Internet services to small businesses in early 2011, according to an announcement by Clearwire yesterday. The company said that the agreement will enable Cbeyond to offer mobile broadband services as part of its existing voice and broadband Internet product suite for small businesses. Cbeyond offers an integrated suite of IT and communications tools and applications in 14 major US city to businesses with between five and 250 employees. No financial details of the agreement were provided. Clearwire also offers its 4G service under its own brand, called CLEAR, and through other major wholesalers.
