The honor was awarded to suppliers in 12 categories and recognized safety, quality, cost, development, and management for Honda's Maintenance, Repair and Operational (MRO) business areas. Black Box received the top award in the category of Information Systems - Managed Services which encompassed the management of servers, related hardware and various software and mobile devices. Black Box has served Honda for over five years, supporting their entire NEC and Cisco voice infrastructure as well as the integration of Cisco voice into Honda's data infrastructure.
