DealerSocket, an automotive CRM provider, announced the date and location for its first ever DealerSocket User Summit: CRM Catalyst 2010.

The event will be held at the Marriott Laguna Cliffs in Dana Point, Calif., on June 22-23, 2010. Through this interactive event, users of the DealerSocket CRM solution will be able to learn, improve, connect and take a little time to recharge, thus allowing them to make the most of their CRM investment.

The automotive industry is provided by DealerSocket with the most comprehensive Customer Relationship Management CRM and training solutions available in the market today. This allows auto dealers to save time, save money, and improve sales staff effectiveness with one consolidated product.

DealerSocket has more than 50,000 users at over 1000 auto dealerships throughout the United States and Canada. They leverage DealerSocket's automotive CRM solution to optimize and manage marketing activities, sales processes, customer satisfaction and retention, and service department operations.

According to Jonathan Ord, CEO and co-founder of DealerSocket, the company's User Summit will be a great way for the DealerSocket's customers to learn from and interact with the company's team and each other. He added that the most important part of CRM is not the technology, but the people that use it. He concluded that the dealers will be able to walk away with best practices, ideas and relationships that will help them do their jobs better and ultimately sell and service more cars, by focusing on renewal, learning and adoption through this interactive event.

The DealerSocket User Summit - CRM Catalyst 2010 has the motto 'Learn - Improve - Connect - Recharge'.  Here the user will have hands on learning opportunities along with best practice round tables. The sessions will be broken as per the disciplines into Sales, Marketing, Service and CSI. Attendees will be able to learn from the experts and will have fun activities for the whole family or the individual at one of the best hotels in Southern California.
