Brintech, is a fully-owned unit of United Community Banks (NASDAQ:UCBI). It is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and has offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Orlando. SCS and Brintech will continue to provide profit improvement and revenue enhancement strategies, risk management, and IT services and software solutions to the financial sector, expecting clients to benefit from their combination.
