104 West Partners Adds 2 Clients

Mar 15, 2010 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- 104 West Partners, a public relations firm specializing in communications strategies, announced it has added two clients developing mobile platforms and applications to its portfolio, Mocapay and Intermap's AccuTerra.

According to 104 West Partners, both Intermap and Mocapay are delivering technologies that are impacting marketplaces. Intermap's AccuTerra for the iPhone delivers a wealth of information from mapping content to videos, educational content to 3D views of outdoor, off-road recreation areas. Mocapay provides a mobile experience platform that offers merchants an integrated and secure marketing and sales solution to enhance the lifetime value of a customer by mobile-enabling gift and loyalty programs.

"With over four billion mobile users in the world today, mobile devices have become one of the most widespread communications platforms for consumers and businesses," said Patrick Ward, partner and chief strategic officer at 104 West Partners. "We're excited to be working with Intermap and Mocapay and help them realize the strong opportunity ahead of both companies as they deliver innovative applications that enrich the lives of mobile consumers and create new sales channels for businesses." Intermap Technologies is a digital mapping company creating uniform high-resolution 3D digital models of the earth's surface. The company has proactively remapped entire countries and built uniform national databases, called NEXTMap. Intermap is the developer of the AccuTerra for the iPhone application that provides highly detailed map content to enable outdoor enthusiasts to view their topographic surroundings with a degree of detail previously unavailable while also accurately tracking their progress.

Mocapay provides a mobile payment platform for merchants.
