'Eagle Mobile sees fifth of clients adopt Auto-Voice-SMS'

(DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Albanian mobile operator Eagle Mobile's Auto-Voice-SMS service has been adopted by more than 22 percent of its subscribers since the service was launched across Albania in January. The Auto-Voice-SMS product was acquired from Kirusa. With this service, callers who do not get through to the dialed number get an option to leave a voice SMS. Once they leave a voice SMS, recipients will immediately get an SMS notification of the voice SMS message. Eagle Mobile callers, callers from other mobile operators in Albania, as well as international callers can leave Auto Voice SMS messages for Eagle subscribers. The operator's subscribers can retrieve the messages directly from the SMS and can also reply to messages with voice.
