Intuitive User Interfaces, a provider of technologies that improve and simplify the user experience of mobile phones, has reportedly announced to introduce a new one-touch solution for mobile phones powered by smart prediction algorithms.

The company has developed a new technology that is based on understanding and predicting which actions users want to perform in various situations, and enabling those actions simply and instantaneously. The technology was developed with an aim to enable the users have a simple and intuitive access to the actions they wish to carry out in any given situation.

Further, it seamlessly integrated those personal, situation-based actions in a unique, intuitive 3D User Interface to offer a better usability experience to the mobile phone users.
What’s more, the new solution developed by Intuitive offers multiple benefits to the users. First of all, the technology ensures that the mobile phone understands which features and actions are important to different users, as each individual user utilizes the phone differently. To make the user experience more relevant, it observes different actions that the users perform in different scenarios. Identifying these associations, a set of the most relevant actions for a specific situation is presented to the user to offer him what he is most likely to access.

Although the advanced mobile phones today provide an array of applications to the users, not all of them are used by everybody. Also, inherent usability limitations such as small screen and limited keypad make it a complicated and lengthy task to turn the activation of these applications. The solution by Intuitive User Interfaces offers the user the most appropriate actions for a given situation. If a user usually checks his email every morning, for instance, the solution provides him with a convenient One Touch access to his email in the morning.
According to Eran Aharonson, co-founder and CEO, Intuitive User Interfaces, mobile phones today offer many functions, but the users find them to be too complicated to operate, as they want to carry out actions in a simple manner, not to browse through long menu trees or execute many touches or clicks before completing their actions. Aharonson noted that by making the phone adaptive to the user in any given situation, Intuitive brings One Touch Experience to mobile phones.
In the words of Itay Riemer, co-founder and vice president of Marketing at Intuitive User Interfaces, the innovative technology of the company improves the phone's usability and brings a new level of personalization to the device by allowing the completion of various tasks with one touch, as the company aims at offering phone users exactly what they need, exactly when they need it, through one touch only. The company has made its first solution available for Android (News - Alert) OS-based smartphones, and is working to introduce support to additional Operating Systems and devices soon.
January 2009, Netanya based private incubator Targetech Innovation Center launched Intuitive User Interfaces as a new start-up, investing $500,000 in the company with an aim to develop new and sophisticated approach to mobile phone and consumer device interfaces.
